Policies
The club reserves the right to refuses service to anyone who violates club policies and procedures.
Court Time, Fees and Refunds
Court reservations may be made for one hour, 90 minutes, or two hours. It is the players responsibility to monitor the time and relinquish the court at the designated time, regardless of match progress. Fees are requested at the time of booking. Cancellations made within 3 hours of the reservation time will be refunded in full to the original form of payment. All other cancellations, including no-shows, will be charged the full reservation amount.
Medical Suspensions
We can suspend a monthly membership due to medical reasons only with supporting documentation from the doctor or supervising medical facility. To request a medical suspension, members submit a Membership Change Request in writing and provide first and last name, medical cause verification, start and end dates of suspension request. There is a 6 month limit to all medical suspensions. No fees will be assessed as the membership is suspended and the membership will automatically resume when the suspension expires. No reactivation fee will be due upon membership reactivation and the monthly fees will resume at the rate that was in effect prior to the pause.
Social Play Policies for Guests and Members
Reservations for Social Plays are required through your Court Reserve App. Registrants are asked to check-in for their reservations within the first 10 minutes of play. Registered players who do not check-in within that time will forfeit the spot to waitlisted and/or walk-in players on site. Members who reserve a spot and do not show, or cancel within 1 hour of start time, will be charged the event fee.
Player Safety
No glass or other hazardous materials are allowed on the courts. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Guest Policy
If a member is bringing a guest, they must be present to check in the guest. If the guest is spectating only and not playing, no guest fee is required. All guests are required to sign the liability waiver at the front desk before entering the club, either on paper or through the Court Reserve App. Members cannot bring the same guest within a 30 day period and the same guest cannot attend twice within a 30 day period. A Member (package or membership) cannot be a Guest of another member.
Members are expected to be courteous and respectful of players and staff. Loud talking, profanity or other disruptive and distracting behavior is not allowed. Members are responsible for picking up after themselves and for leaving their courts in good condition. Aggressively uncooperative players may be asked to leave the facility and be subject to membership suspension or termination.
